Freedom of speech and freedom of access to the Internet is a priority of the time.
Freedom can't be without Tolerance.

Free citizens of anywhere, that eventually are not, very "pro" the Americans, and are concern about the freedom of the Internet, remember that the USA has been build by immigrants coming from all the world, and you can eventually find some US citizen having emigrated from your country to help you to fight locally, through the American Civil Liberty associations. In the past the communists had said that the CIA was controlling all those associations, is not true, because the Civics' liberty associations in the USA have genuine records of hard fighting to maintain a minimum of Democratic decency in their country. Not at all nations can claim to be better than the American one, for the only fact that they can't actually rule the system. You can learn that from the tribal up to the imperial chronicle's of humanity.

The incredible acceleration of progress of the scientific knowledge of the last century has made the system more absurd them ever, in the essential social factor: Economy.
The progress of communication technologies lead to the potential of control of all individual activities. Consequently the Democratic control of governmental and commercial information gathering, freedom of speech and privacy rights has to be urgently adapted and consolidated to the new realities. Or will be lost. 

The CIA since 1948, had worldwide, supported the party of the Ignorance, the Greed, the Absolute Corruption and the Superstitions. Any longer, the fact, that the communism was worst, is valid. Neither than the tale of the old woman and Galigula. The CIA, exKGB, exGPO, DGR and you name it, are not democratic institutions by essence, but mercenary's services of very particulars interests, self-proclaimed national.
