The independent inventor (or small creative
company) has to follows the Competitive Intelligence method.
This methodology is systematically used by the Big Brothers
to screw ideas from small creative companies.
Those who really know about the invention business understand
that the popular concept that a Genius can get something out
of vacuum is wrong. Genius activity relies on logic complexes
information processing, conscious or not. Garbage in, garbage
out!
From creative technology to the reflection on economics.
By massive information processing and with good crooked
corporate lawyers, big brother save a lot of money of R&D
, ergo make great profits, sucking off the other's creativity
and University publications. That would OK, considering
that knowledge sharing is the fundament path of mutual
enrichment, but, that is not big brother's finality, them he
file up hundreds of patents "barrier", to squeeze
the field of application, with the purpose to slow the
capacity of improvement in the field he want to monopolize.
Many exceptionally bright programmers, had been outrageously
spoiled that way in the 90es.
The huge majority of patents filed by big brother are never
exploited.
Small guys cant technically suit big brother, eventually
win, in finally loose its pans.
In the case of a small guys can secure an hard protection for
a really good invention, big brother will eventually wait up
20 years to include the improvement in its production line,
just to avoid to pay some royalties to the inventor or a
competitor. (Ex: automotive safety) or buy the superior
technology for the only purpose of to bury it for twenty
years.

taxes payers trough the defense budget. Big brother consider
the government subsidization as rip-of, as long it doesn't go
in his pocket
Venture capital generally turns back, when a technology
product should logically interest the Big Brothers.
Big brother including can eventually block the development of
a product in a continent when developing it meantime in an
other, for secret political reasons.
That assertion is not based in cases study. but is my personal
experience.
The trouble is not related with technology abuse, (by the sake
of a first class world protection) But much relevant of the
deep rottenness of the system.
It shows that even the with the support of several national
operation presidents and the personal support of the World
Operation President of a world leader brand, subsidiary of one
of the World's Major.
Never-the-less you can finally get your invention worldwide
marketing screwed up, by an absolute secret reason of
the board of Word Major. that had included to forbid the
marketing in the USA of the technology, meantime big brother
will follows the development in everywhere else, but the
USA!.
So, you have to shut up for 20 years and eventually cash some
miserable millions of dollars of royalties.
In the case of you eventually run a CBS 60 minutes as

technology, that you have developed, investing ten years
of your life.... And If you contact a competitor of Big
brother, within 24 hours, an in house 'friend", will

I patented my first invention when I was sixteen.
Finally, 14 years later, after five years of struggle, one of
my patents, the Zephinie Vertical Evacuation Technology,
became one of the most popular French inventions of the
seventies.
The success of the invention transformed my life into a
struggle without the end to claim my rights.
